Research Scientist in Acoustics and Fluid Dynamics

Job Description:

Dynaflow, Inc is currently seeking a candidate with background in two-phase flow dynamics and acoustics to join its full-time technical staff and assist in conducting and procuring research and development projects entailing experimental, analytical, and numerical research and development for applications in acoustic, multi-phase flow, bubble dynamics, and fluid mechanics.

This position entails contributing to further development of Dynaflow's ABS Acoustic Bubble Spectrometer®© , an instrument and software to measure bubble size distributions in liquids and tissue, understanding acoustic wave propagation in bubbly media, and developing analytical, numerical, and experimental measurement techniques. Candidates should have strong interest in understanding physical aspects of problems and experience with data acquisition, signal processing, and machine learning.

Graduate and undergraduate degrees in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or Physical Sciences required. PhD and Masters degrees or equivalent experience preferred.
